Here are some wonderful examples of packages/ options that may work well for upcoming celebrations! 

Our Options/ packages include at no additional cost our small sound system and lapel mic or cordless mic for your ceremony, large sound system for your reception, master
of ceremonies ( announcements ), helping you with timeline of events, cordless mike, lighting package, over 12,000 songs on both Cd's and computer, *travel, setup, tear down time... and ROADIE!  * There may be additional travel costs added if your celebration is quite a distance away.

Add to choice of options below: Kali Grishow’s ( of Kali G Videography ) wonderful professionally filmed & edited wedding highlight video is $250.00 the day of shooting, and when you receive your DVD wedding highlight copy she asks that you consider your overall enjoyment, the hours of editing involved, and tip ( gratuity ) accordingly. 

Pricing:
Choices of Options 1- 4 listed below are $495 for the first 3 hours, $80.00 for each additional hour.

Option #1
Wedding Ceremony & Reception example:

For Ceremony: Harp as your guests arrive.
Processional and Recessional: Harp with a musical track of flute 
and strings... or Cd music of your choice.(vocals if you like)... to amplify my harp there is a small microphone on it that plugs into my sound system.
For Reception: Smooth jazz and standards performed during cocktails and buffet/ dinner,
( or if you prefer DJ music for your whole reception)Then we guide you through every aspect of your reception by handling all Master of ceremony duties (MC) and playing DJ music the rest of the evening.

Option #2
Wedding Reception only example: 

Smooth jazz and standards performed as guests arrive and during cocktails. Harp played during dinner. Next we guide you through every aspect of your reception by handling all Master of ceremony duties (MC) and DJ dance music the rest of the evening.

Option #3
DJ music for your complete celebration, guiding you through every aspect of your celebration, handling all announcements ( master of ceremony duties ) and DJ dance music.

Option #4 
Birthdays, Corporate, Anniversaries, Retirement, Christmas/ Holiday Celebrations:

Smooth jazz and standards performed as guests arrive and during cocktails, Harp during dinner. After Dinner:  Pop on the Blonde wig and have some fun performing  songs  made famous by Marilyn Monroe... 
Examples:
Corporate: " Diamonds Are A Girl's Best Friend " 
Anniversary: “ Do it Again “
Retirement: “ Bye Bye Baby “
Christmas: “ Santa Baby ” &  my original Christmas song entitled " Naughty's So Nice " now available on itunes;-)
Birthdays: If it’s a man’s Birthday: “I wanna be loved by you”... If it’s a woman's birthday, every girl's favorite subject: “ Diamonds are a girl’s best friend”... then everyone sings “Happy Birthday”
Next we guide you through every aspect of your celebration by handling all Master of ceremony duties (MC) and playing deejay dance music the rest of the evening

Option #5
For an additional $250.00 this package would be the same format as all the above packages, but also would include Classical/ Jazz Guitar.

Contract terms: To hold your date there is a $100 deposit due with signed contract, and the remaining balance on the contract is due on or before your celebration. 

Form of payment: Cash or Check 

As far as information/ music...  I have a very detailed planning guide that we ask to be filled out and sent back no later than 30 days before your celebration. 

I would be happy to set up a meeting with you, or if what we offer looks like something that would work well for you the contract along with the planning guide can be emailed, and if you wish to meet we can set up a meeting as we get closer to your date.
